We would love to help out all our clients but time usually does not allow this.
To help us be more efficient, we do not offer rental services for just linens or just orders with glassware, flatware, and dishes.
If you aren't certain if this pertains to your order, message us for help.
After Reserving
After "check out", you are required to email us your rental agreement signed and dated to hwy109couture@gmail.com
Failure to due so can cause your rental to not be finalized.
You will also receive an email with your total invoice and a link to pay your 50% deposit.
If deposits are not made within 72 hours of your "check-out", your reservation will be cancelled.

Additional Inventory
We are constantly adding to our inventory and working at the Creation Station to bring you the hottest and latest trends.
If you do not see what you are looking for or a certain color of something in particular, email us at hwy109couture@gmail.com with exactly what you need or inspo pics and we can make it happen.
Delivery
Delivery and pick up after your event are available for your day in the DFW area.
Delivery and pick up mean just that, items are delivered to your venue and are picked up exactly as how they were delivered.
If during pick up, any items are not packed, there will be an additional fee.
All delivery fees are based on location of your event from our central hub in 76112.

Delivery fees begin at $100.
If you are picking up and returning your own items, a predetermined time must be arranged prior as we do have schedules.
We do alot renters three days prior to pickup and three days following to return rental items.
Set-up and Tear down
If you want to leave the stress of decorating to us or, sometimes more important (due to the prior evening's festivities), tearing down and packing the next day.
This is not included with delivery fees!
We are available certain dates to do that for you!

Minimum
While we do want to help make everyone's day a dream, we do have to set a minimum.
All orders must be $250 or greater to be reserved.
